Vickers VC-10 - The queen of the skies.

Originally an airliner in the 1960s with BOAC (British Airways) A couple of weeks ago the Royal Air Force retired the last of its VC-10's which had been in service for nearly 47 years (i think) as transporters & tankers. Thanks to the nice people at Bruntingthorpe I was allowed to put my car in a nice place for a few pictures Very Happy

If you've never seen or heard a VC-10 before then click this link,Skip to 0:30 and turn your speakers right up.
