Vickers VC-10 - The queen of the skies.
Originally an airliner in the 1960s with BOAC (British Airways) A couple of weeks ago the Royal Air Force retired the last of its VC-10's which had been in service for nearly 47 years (i think) as transporters & tankers.Thanks to the nice people at Bruntingthorpe I was allowed to put my car in a nice place for a few pictures
